The historic building, once a hotel, is located on busy Main Street, just south of downtown Fort Worth with easy access to I‐30. The two properties consist of two attached office buildings and associated parking lots located in the historic medical district of Fort Worth. The buildings were renovated in 1984 to provide modern amenities while maintaining the classic architecture. A new elevator was installed in 2006 to accommodate all 3 floors.
