With a combination of interpersonal and analytical skills, he achieves low vacancy and high tenant retention for building owners, and he expeditiously closes deals that best benefit each party. Higginbotham is a graduate of the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He lives in Arlington with his wife and three children.
