Gary Walker is Founder of SCM Real Estate Services in Arlington, Texas. In 1992, he founded SCM Real Estate Services, a full-service brokerage and property management firm for commercial properties, medical office, project leasing, investment sales and tenant representation.

In January 2014 he partnered with Waterfall Asset Management, a New York based hedge fund, and Coldwell Banker Commercial to build a top tier commercial real estate firm including capital markets, asset management and brokerage services. Through a series of mergers and acquisitions that company, Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors, became one of the largest privately held commercial real estate firms in the West with 29 offices across the country and over 500 employees.

Carol brings a strong background in property management and accounting. She obtained the CPM Designation in 1990. Her role as COO focuses on achieving portfolio wide efficiencies, oversight of accounting and process management.

Carol Coffman-Sosebee is chief operating officer for SkyWalker Property Partners. As head of operations, she is responsible for acquisitions due diligence and execution of turn-around strategies for improving each property and its value. Educated in professional property management accounting, she is skilled at leveraging the portfolio for cost savings in insurance coverage, electricity and property tax valuation.

Before joining SkyWalker Property Partners and affiliate, SCM Real Estate Services, Coffman-Sosebee was vice president and controller for Swearingen Management Co. in Dallas, where she was responsible for accounting and administration of a 10 million-square-foot portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties. Client ownership of the Swearingen portfolio included Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., Prudential Real Estate Investors and Wells Fargo Asset Advisors. She has held similar positions at Koll Management Services and Trammell Crow Co.

Coffman-Sosebee received a master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and completed undergraduate work at the University of Texas at Dallas. She has been a Certified Property Manager since 1987. She is active in the Fort Worth chapter of BOMA and Dallas chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women.

Coffman-Sosebee, a native of Temple, Okla., has called the Dallas area home since 1977. She and her family live in Cedar Hill in the DFW area.

Randall is a 12 year veteran of building engineering, with 5 years as a Chief Engineer. In addition to his electrician’s license, his experience includes both large and small building mechanical systems. His expertise and customer service skills deliver results for the tenants and improvement of the properties he oversees.

Marijke has varied experience in her 20-year real estate career. She has worked for residential home builders, Fortune 500 company Lennar, and owned her own permit-expediting business. Her experience in the multiple areas of the industry brings unique insight into the business and our processes.

Outside of work, Marijke enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with family and friends.

Aaron has worked as a commercial property manager for over four years in the DFW area, managing both retail and office properties. In his time with SCM Real Estate Services, Aaron has utilized his knowledge and experience to improve the quality of service provided to ownership and tenants of his properties. He hopes to develop himself in all facets of property management and to gain enough experience to one day be a Senior Property Manager. With proven capabilities to produce and add value to his team, Aaron strives to improve every property he is responsible for.

Lily has over 20 years’ experience in property management with a focus on office buildings. She is “hands-on” from tenant and vendor interaction to budgeting, operating expense estimates and reconciliation. Her former portfolios have included medical office, retail and industrial. Lily prides herself on providing excellent customer service and problem-solving skills for the benefit of the assets, clients, and all real estate relationships.

In her role as a Broker Assistant, Iris has a proven track record of assisting in multiple areas. Her experience and skills in researching and tracking property, tenant, and ownership information help SCM maintain a solid database of real estate activity in our core market areas. She also brings both organizational skills and creativity to our marketing efforts by designing property brochures and marketing collateral and coordinating targeted marketing campaigns. Iris also contributes to the firm’s leasing efforts by assisting with staging offices and common areas to maintain their aesthetic appeal.

Beau has experience of over 18 years in residential and commercial construction with 2yrs as a Commercial building engineer utilizing skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems. He has used systems like Building Engines, DSX, Rosslare, Remote link, Virtual Keypad, Alerton, Johnson, Trane, Carrier, and York. He has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) focused on Accounting and Business Management from Colorado Technical University (Online). He has added skills in Commercial Lending, Banking, Credit Analysis, Loans, and Retail Banking. Beau has been using this combination of skills to aid in the maintenance and management of multiple properties in the DFW metroplex.

Scott has been in the facility maintenance/construction field for over 35 years. He lives in Allen with his wife of 20 years and has 3 kids and 2 dogs. In his free time, he enjoys camping and shotgun shooting sports. He has also served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve ’89-‘95.

Rania has a little over 2 years of experience in property management accounting, both residential and commercial properties. She graduated with her BS in Financial Accounting from Illinois State University. Her first real-world experience in accounting, after graduating college, was in property management while she lived in South Dakota. Having relocated to Texas, she is now a part of the SCM team and continues to grow in her knowledge and experience. In her role at SCM, Rania assists with the various accounting process in place to ensure the financial reporting side of the company is running smoothly.

Jorge joined the SCM team in February 2022. Jorge has worked in the restoration and maintenance field for over 8 years. He is very excited about the opportunities to grow his skills. In his free time, Jorge likes to spend time with his dogs and relax on the beaches of Cancun.

Rachel Marion serves as the Director of Accounting for SkyWalker Property Partners. Her role includes accounting and analysis for properties, entities and funds and other various investment management activities. She has 4 years of prior experience in Accounting for a family-owned real estate investment firm before joining the SkyWalker Property Partners team in March 2020.

Rachel grew up on an Amish dairy farm in Kansas and moved to DFW in 2009. She graduated from University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2017. Now, she lives in Haltom City with her husband (who is an avid fisherman!) and daughters.

Letty brings extensive experience in both the residential and commercial real estate industry. She has a proven track record of success in managing a variety of assets.

At SCM Letty is responsible for the day-to-day management of our commercial properties. She also works closely with our team to review, develop and implement strategies to support the performance of our portfolio.

Outside of work, Letty enjoys spending time with her 2 children.
